Graduate Students and Research Associates

Lillie GreimanLillie Greiman, M.A., is working on R-1 “Housing and Transportation Access” and R-9 “Fair Housing Compliance Assessment and Advocacy.” She is a research associate at the Rural Institute on Disability at The University of Montana and has a master's in Geography. Her research interests include the geographies of disability, on local and global scales, with particular focus on housing and community participation. 


Andrew Myers

Andrew Myers, B.S., is working on R-2, "Time Use among People with Disabilities" at the Rural Institute on Disability at the University of Montana. He is a M.A. candidate in Geography, with an emphasis on human-environment relations, at the University of Montana. He earned his bachelor's degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Ashmeet OberoiAshmeet Oberoi has a Ph.D. in community psychology with a distinction in statistics and measurement from University of Illinois at Chicago. She worked as a post-doc on the R-5 project, “Does VR Effectively Support Community Living?” As a research specialist at the Center for Capacity Building for Minorities with Disabilities at UIC, she worked on several research projects that address health and rehabilitation outcomes disparities for minority populations.


E Alice Zhang, MA, is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Research and Training Center on Independent Living, the University of Kansas.

She is working on R-7, Developing a Health Promotion Assistance Tool.
