In "Delta Reaches Out to Passengers with Disabilities," White discusses the work of Delta Air Lines' Advisory Board on Disability, of which he is a member. As chair of that Board's Research and Quality Assurance committee, he led development of a tool that examines consumers' experiences on every stage of "the travel ribbon."

Nary shared a personal story in "Eight Tips for Easier Air Travel." Her experience informs flyers with disabilities that they have a right to speak with a conflict resolution officer (CRO) when they encounter problems.
